INFLUENCE OF DOUBLE JUMP ROPES ON ATHLETES’ LOWER LIMBS

ABSTRACT Introduction: The double jump rope swing is a jumping technique that combines the technology of vertical and swing, requiring participants to twice in row with soles their feet. Objective: Study effect double-balance training on athletes’ muscular strength lower limbs. Methods: Through experimental process, dynamic kinematic parameters generated during process before after balance exercise were tested; effects biomechanical characteristics limbs hip, knee ankle joints analyzed. Results: Compared pre-training, subjects group improved significantly (p = 0.05). Conclusion: After training, obtained an increase limb ground reaction force at extension stage jump. They produced greater less time, suggesting burst was enhanced. Level evidence II; Therapeutic studies - investigation treatment outcomes.
